Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for the time necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or according to legal requirements. When no longer necessary, they will be securely deleted to ensure their anonymization or total destruction.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
The communication of personal data to third parties is not foreseen except for the development and execution of the purposes of the treatment. In these cases, we collaborate with providers of services related to communications, with whom confidentiality and data processing contracts have been signed in accordance with current regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER's rights include:

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS freely and expressly accept that their data are necessary to process their request by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in mandatory fields in the contact or download forms. The USER guarantees the veracity of the data and undertakes to communicate any changes to them.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested on the website are mandatory for optimal provision of the service. If they are not provided, the suitability of the information and services to the needs of the user is not guaranteed.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER has implemented the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, and has adopted security measures to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, who have been
